How will my order be shipped?

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please allow up to 2-3 days for it to be processed and sent out. A shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number, will be sent as soon as it is shipped.
  • Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout.

Can I request custom artwork? 

  • Yes! Click here to be redirected to our Etsy page, where you can request a custom order. Once on the Etsy page, there will be a button on the left side titled "Request Custom Order". Please click on the link, a chat window will open, and message that you wish to make a custom order. We will get back to you as soon as we can to get more details.
  • Please note, we reserve the right to decline a customer order to due the details of the request. 

What is the average turnaround time?

  • Please allow up to 2-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

Are these original pieces of art?

  • All pieces of art are reproductions of original pieces unless otherwise stated.

What is your return policy?

  • All sales are final. Every product is made to order for you!

What is your exchange policy?

  • Since we are a small team, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges right now. Thank you for understanding!

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

  • If an item arrives damaged, we will happily replace it for you. Please contact us through our contact forms within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos to show how the item arrived.

Can I buy a size that is not listed?

  • At this time we do not offer printing in sizes that are not listed.
